Proclinical is pleased to advertise a vacancy for a Training Coordinator with an innovative biotechnology and therapeutics company. This company specialises in RNAi therapeutics, and is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Massachusetts on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading biotechnology company that focuses on rare genetic, cardio metabolic, and central nervous system (CNS) treatments, to name a few.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting commercial and medical training leads.
  • Coordinating on-boarding activities for new hires across all functional roles.
  • Managing training material documentation in centralised locations.
  • Tracking training material expiration.
  • Scheduling updates and reviews.
  • Coordinating training vendor interactions and facilitating new vendor set ups.
  • Scheduling training activities and reviews for national and regional meetings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Marketing available training to employees and providing necessary information about sessions.
  • Staying up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
  • Helping design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials.
  • Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session, and compiling results.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and liaising with experts regarding instructional design.
  • Scheduling train-the-trainer session for internal subject matter experts.
  • Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Research and recommending new training methods, like gamification.
  • Supporting commercial and medical training leads.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or a similar related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills and time management required.
  • Ability to record data accurately and legibly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, training and persuasion.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and to handle problems of a difficult nature.
