Talent Acquisition Associate

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Associate, based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers during the candidate offer/onboarding process.
• Create and Manage offer letter process.
• Administrate background check information and documentation.
• Assist with documentation and filing of Immigration and Relocation Program paperwork.
• Troubleshoot candidate issues throughout the offer/onboarding process in Workday.
• Assist with entry of key employment data into Workday database.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA and 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with data management preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
