Technical Project Manager - Lexington, MA - Contract

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead IT projects within business applications and IT infrastructure. This is a contract position located in Lexington, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The role will focus on Asset Management and Compliance Review, and will involve initiating and managing business-critical IT projects. The ideal candidate will be a central resource for team communication, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading project deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and Project Management Courses or proven PM track record
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to solve complex tasks
• Ability to establish cross-organizational collaboration
• Proactive stakeholder management at all levels
• Experience with SAFe agile and undertaking one or several agile roles is preferred
• Technical, practical, and/or management experience with systems under GxP regulation is a plus

The Project Manager will:

• Plan and coordinate project deliverables and project team on a daily basis
• Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with project champion and key stakeholders
• Document, communicate, and develop mitigation strategies for risks to schedule, scope, resources, budget, and quality
• Manage projects using both waterfall and SAFE agile methodologies
• Ensure alignment of projects with relevant IT Security and business requirements
• Monitor project progress according to schedule, scope, and budget
• Mitigate or minimize business and system risk
• Manage interdependencies between the project and other initiatives
• Plan project resources, including recruitment of internal and external participants
• Set direction in project and ensure a productive working climate
• Design and execute efficient change management
