Helpdesk Specialist

Proclinical is working alongside a dynamic and fast-paced company who is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Specialist for a full-time position based in the Greater Munich Area. This company has a lively environment and offers opportunities for those who want to make a difference and help shape decisions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to clients, including software packaging and managing tools.
• Handle Windows operating systems, iPads, iPhones, and occasionally Linux servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, including direct guidance from senior staff.
• Participate in on-call service, requiring fluency in English.
• Work on-site with the option for 2 days of home office per week.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of support experience.
• Exposure to a variety of technologies and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
• Experience with Baramundi, Intune, and VPN technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, chaotic, and lively environment.
