Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Senior Sales Representative Surgical position with a leading medical technology company that offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that improve patient and hospital outcomes. Based in Switzerland, this is an exciting opportunity to provide expertise and skills whilst working with a dynamic and innovative company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting and acquisitioning customers in the region assigned to you.
• Taking responsibility for budget and revenue.
• Conducting training and workshops for users.
• Accompanying OP.
• Launching Products.
• Participating in fairs and congresses.
• Offering product presentations, reporting, and market analysis.

Skills and Requirements:

• Several years of sales experience in the field of medical technology.
• Fluency in English, French, and German.
• Capable of travelling, with up to 100% of work involving it.
• Capable of working from home.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
