Sales Executive, Molecular Diagnostics

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Sales Executive, Molecular Diagnostics position with a global healthcare company that excels in the diagnostics industry. The organisation, which provides various solutions to healthcare professionals and medical laboratories, is seeking for an enthusiastic and driven applicant to join their team in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

• Selling company total solutions to target, non-enterprise accounts.
• Establishing and building a deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive situation.
• Building and leading internal cross-functional selling team to execute account strategies.
• Analysing the impact of market trends and factors on customers.
• Developing strategic account plans for achieving goals, including sales and margins.
• Identifying new business opportunities by initiating, developing, or delivering unique solutions that result in improved outcomes for customers and the company.
• Negotiating long term contracts.
• Overseeing progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale).
• Identifying new business opportunities to expand current shares.

Skills and Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science.
• Extensive experience in managing key accounts.
• Experience working with senior level stakeholders, along with a strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
• Strong solution selling and relationship building skills.
• Portfolio management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
• Mid-Senior Level.
