A vacancy has arisen for a Clinical Trials Management Associate - II with an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company, based in their Belgian office. This organization is known for its solid commercial portfolio of life-saving drugs within a number of therapy areas, along with a growing pipeline of investigational drugs and an unmatched patient access program. Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager, this role provides a friendly and efficient service to visitors and callers. Duties will include the following:
  • Operating the reception/switchboard, answering calls and taking and distributing appropriate messages.
  • Welcoming and processing all visitors to the premises.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming daily post and courier deliveries and franks/stamps outgoing post.
  • Also arranging courier collection for special packages.
  • Distributing incoming faxes.
  • Ordering stationery and supplies as required.
  • General office administration, filing, and correspondence, as required.
  • Assisting with delivery of projects.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • A good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, to prioritise workload, and utilise time efficiently to maximise the number of tasks performed.
  • Proven ability to be flexible in a fast moving and challenging environment. Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
