Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Supplier Quality Project Manager position with one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies in the world. Internationally renowned for their work across a range of industries, the organisation is currently broadcasting this attractive vacancy to be based in their Swiss office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top 10 company whose work spans medical devices to pharmaceutical and consumer goods.

The Supplier Quality Project Manager will support MDR compliance execution work by acting as project manager for external supplier relations who has oversight on ongoing MDR compliance work for Trauma/CMF/BIO and driving completion of MDR Class Ir deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the execution of project plans for MDR compliance in Trauma/CMF/BIO business for 2019.
  • Leading and tracking the completion of MDR Class Ir, drawing updates from external suppliers
  • Interacting with external suppliers and SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) to facilitate external drawing updates per MDR timeline.
  • Lead regular status update meetings with program lead, project managers and MDR stakeholders -
  • Provide regular status updates on MDR Class Ir supplier progress for Trauma/CMF/BIO to MDR Project Teams -
  • Facilitating the resolution of roadblocks and timeline constraints with external suppliers.
  • Providing project management support for base business activities needed in preparation for MDR compliance as instructed and assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • A basic understanding of MDR requirements regarding required content of Technical Documentation (focus on ANNEX II of Regulation (EU) 2017/745).
  • A basic understanding of current Council Directive 93/42/EEC.
  • Previous experience with supplier interactions preferred.
  • Able to speak English and German.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
