QA Consultant

Proclinical is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to advertise a vacancy for a QA Consultant position. The consultant will serve as the Quality Assurance subject matter expert (SME). This job will be based in the company's office in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executing, coordinating, and/or overseeing the Quality aspects of outsourced GMP manufacturing, testing, and release activities performed by global contract service providers.
• Designing, developing, assembling, monitoring, and/or presenting QMS metrics updates and status reports, as assigned.
• Anticipating, identifying, prioritising, and/or executing pre-emptive mitigation of quality risks through cost-effective compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in ensuring that manufacture and release of 'Specials' products are in compliance with the requirements of GMP.
• Writing reports, SOPs, and other documentation when required.
• Identifying areas of QA risk and providing input on an effective QA oversight plan to mitigate the identified risk.

Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to manage a risk-based approach input on an effective QA oversight plan to mitigate the identified risk.
• Previous experience overseeing and managing auditor capacity planning and audit reporting.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
