Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Project Coordinator position with a leading global advisor of talent supply chain strategies. This company, which is one of the largest workforce management solutions companies in the world, is seeking for an applicant to join their team in Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all program timelines, monitoring daily project progression against project schedules, and communicating changes to the established plan.
  • Working with device team lead to generate project activity level guidance, including activity start/finish dates, 3/6/12 month look-aheads, and potential issues/opportunities arising related to activity progression.
  • Working with device team leads to establish priorities and monitor risks.
  • Assisting device team leads with coordinating and facilitating internal / external project meetings with departmental groups, cross functional teams. and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assisting device team leads by compiling information, editing presentations, reviewing documents for internal and external communication related to project scope, budget, risks, issues, goals, and strategy for the program to the team.
  • Drafting weekly and monthly status updates and work with device team leads to issue a final version.
  • Drafting, distributing, and managing meeting documentations (e.g. Agenda, Minutes, Action Items, Risk Register, Gantt, Resource Estimation, Budget tracking, and follow-up communication).
  • Coordinating processes for drafts/reviews/approvals of technical documents (e.g. Document History File (DHF), technical assessments).
  • Organizing project planning and review sessions.
  • Initiating SAP orders/POs/purchases interface for orders across responsible project teams.
  • Assisting device team leads with resolution of invoices from vendors/contractors.
  • Enabling device team leads to ensure project spending activities remain within the budgeted amount.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A BS/BS degree in business, engineering, physics, science, or similar.
  • At least two years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of medical device or combination product development.
  • Knowledge (through practical experience) of Device and drug/device combination regulations, GMP, EU and FDA quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience and expertise in SharePoint.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Project Management, or 5S training.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks to meet priorities and timelines.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
