Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking an individual to fill the role of Director of Medical Affairs, based in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will provide medical leadership and support for the marketed CF franchise, and will provide medical guidance on the development of resources to address identified medical needs.

Responsibilities

Provide medical input and product expertise to Medical Information group.
Provide support to the publications team.
Provide medical review on cross functional review committees.
Partnering with key cross-functional partners on project teams to ensure the development of scientifically accurate educational materials.
Support the development of the US Medical Plan and execute on medical affairs tactics that are aligned with the overall medical strategy.
Support the North America field medical teams.
Support the development, maintenance and distribution of managed care formulary dossiers.
Deliver scientific presentations to diverse audiences in meeting, advisory and/or consulting settin

Skills and Qualifications

Doctorate or clinical degree in a medical or scientific field, with 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in driving results to a positive outcome.
Engage in positive dialogues, influence outcomes and resolve conflicts in a constructive.
