Our client is a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing first-in-class and best-in-class therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life-threatening rare genetic diseases.

We are currently looking for a marketing assistant to work in the following job role:

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting the members of the marketing, market access, and pipeline commercialisation teams in administrative tasks such as:

  • Complete Electronic Meeting Request forms for all teams
  • Collate all necessary documentation following advisory boards and meetings have been completed.
  • Update the Veeva meetings platform and save all requested documents to the compliance SharePoint folder.
  • Submit Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Scopes of Work and Consulting agreements for the marketing and pipeline commercialisation team into Ariba.
  • Raise all purchase requisitions for the marketing and pipeline commercialization teams and working closely with the Senior Marketing Analyst on budget management.
  • Ensure monthly accrual input on OBIEE reporting system for pipeline commercialization is completed according to deadlines. Ensure all relevant information is obtained in order to complete accruals.
  • Run invoice and payment reports in OBIEE on a monthly basis
  • Run bi-weekly Ariba reports and have meetings to discuss any contracts with issues.
  • Upload SharePoint with proposals and associated documentation.
  • Ensure all HCP advisor agreements are signed for all meetings and that fair market value (FMV) rates are correct for health care professions (HCPs) contracted for services. Liaise with third party marketing and market access agencies.
  • Manage meeting rooms and organise lunches and restaurants for internal team meetings

  • Good verbal and written interpersonal/ communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Engaging and flexible attitude to work
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience of administrative assistance role(s), working with field-based teams and strong organisational capabilities will be required as well as flexibility to work in a culturally diverse environment.
