At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Legal Contracts Administration Clerk, based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Contracts Coordinator in processing and recording the company's contracts.
  • Assist with other aspects of the contracting process.
  • Assist with processing of contracts for signature through coordination with other departments.
  • Enter data and contracts into the appropriate database(s).
  • Interact with internal departments and vendors with respect to various contracts inquiries.
  • Assist the Contracts Coordinator and attorneys with special projects.
  • Draft amendments and consulting agreements.
  • Send contract templates to relevant individuals with guidance from attorneys.
  • Making sure contracts in the legal database are tied back to the procurement system
  • Interact with internal departments and vendors with respect to various contracts inquiries

Skills And Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word - leaning). Database experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
