Proclinical is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Manager for a global pharmaceutical company, to be based in Munich on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising ONPGs Customer Service activities, incl. the handling of incoming requests from customers to ensure that orders are processed both promptly and thoroughly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing the procedures as well as maintaining an orderly workflow
  • Saving the data and reporting the sales weekly and monthly
  • Following problems, such as service issues, customer complain, through the resolution
  • Planning the bulk deliveries from Japan
  • Monitoring and forecasting the inventory to ensure store have enough stock
  • Tracking products from Japan via Amsterdam to UK
  • Tracking supplies from Germany and the UK to global end customers
  • Overseeing arrivals of shipments, incl. solution-driven assistance
  • Supervising up- and downstream transport and logistics activities
  • Artwork creation, liaising amongst artwork company, regulatory in each country and ONPG team, monitoring the approval scoop
  • Initiation, maintain and follow-up of OCT Approval System
  • Uploading and tracking the approval flow of contract in the scope of OCT System
  • Respond friendly and promptly to customer queries
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analysing with the information from the customers
  • Providing feedback Customer Service to the customers
  • Ensuring internal procedures and SOP's are adequate and followed
  • Following applicable guidelines, incl. GMP/GDP

Skills and Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or similar preferred
  • Customer Service background, plus import and export (logistics) experience
  • Professional experiences in a pharmaceutical company
  • Strong customer service orientated communication
  • Problem/solving skill
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and understand what the
  • customers/clients need
