Proclinical are currently advertising an EHS Consultant - Training vacancy with a biotechnology consulting company that specialises in providing service to industry consulting firms. The EHS Consultant will join this company's US-based team in New York on a contract basis. Their main focus will be in assisting with the coordination and management of the EHS Training Program.

Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling internal and external EHS training (respiratory protection, hearing protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, etc).
Completing and submitting GMP documents that support the EHS Training program.
Coordinating premium shift EHS Training for impacted business groups.
Assisting and conducting EHS Department specific training for a variety of topics.
Working within the Regeneration University (RU) learning management system to set up, coordinate, and manage EHS Training.
Coordinating appointments with Regeneron's Occupational Health Provider for employees.

Skills and Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrable experience with EHS.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
