Digital Marketing Business Analyst

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Business Analyst, based in Plainsboro, NJ. The successful individual will serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization and will possesses expertise in both areas.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of business functions, business processes and key objectives to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
• Deliver messages and presentations in a clear, confident manner.
• Provide counsel to business leaders and stakeholders regarding IT policies, solutions and initiatives.
• Analyze and determine whether new technology will add value to current business processes.
• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of all relevant IT areas and their applications.
• Utilize advanced IT knowledge to diagnose and provide solutions to issues.
• Lead in the development and delivery of key project goals, plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Recommends the appropriate allocation of resources needed to complete projects
• Utilize knowledge of system development lifecycle to assist with the completion and handover of projects.

Qualification

• BA in related field and 8+ years of relevant experience in IT business or systems analysis, as well as 4+ years of Experience with Marketing Technologies, and/or Digital Marketing systems.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Ability to provide solutions to difficult technical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in leading a project in the development and implementation of processes and programs.
• Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• GXP experience preferred.
• Proficient at developing business process design (Process flows, Data Flow diagrams, etc.).
