Customer Care Associate

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for a Customer Care Associate position with a leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in diabetes care. The organisation provides leading and innovative treatments for diabetes, obesity, haemophilia, and growth disorders. The Customer Care Associate will join this company in their office in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated applicant to bolster a career with a historic company that prides itself on its noteworthy presence in the pharmaceutical field.

This is a temporary customer service position located in an inbound call center of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The primary focus is to deliver an optimal customer experience and build customer loyalty through telephone interactions, email, postal mail, and emerging communications such as chat, text, and social media.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting patient and HCP customers with inquiries related to company information, product information inquiries, product and device use, literature requests, and savings offers, whilst assisting with other products and services.
• Identifying, reporting, and documenting product adverse events, product technical complaints, and other safety information.
• Obtaining and documenting all information from customers regarding adverse events, product technical complaints, and other safety information and advising on replacement /return procedures.
• Providing technical assistance to customers related to product or promotional website issues.
• Conducting outbound telemarketing projects or conduct surveys with customers.

Skills and Requirements:

• Associates degree required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• 3 years previous customer facing experience required
• Professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device call center highly desirable.
• Fluency to read and speak Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
