An international staffing and recruiting company is currently recruiting a Copy System Administrator/Trainer to join their office in Florida. This organisation is one of the largest workforce management solutions companies in the world who specialise in multiple scientific and engineering sectors. The Copy System Administrator & Trainer will be responsible for supporting the copy system used to support copy approval business needs across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line support for copy system general inquiries and issues.
  • Building and generating reports and metrics to support business needs.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials and user guides for copy system use; providing training to new and existing users as needed.
  • Maintaining licenses for new and inactive users.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system operations; communicating, escalating, and reporting issues, status, and results as required.
  • Coordinating activities and resources required for all copy system changes, including validation and testing activities; execute as needed.
  • Evaluating and recommending changes based on user feedback and lean initiatives.
  • Acting as a liaison between company and software vendors.
  • Coordinating asset expiration process and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Business and technical experience (minimum of 3 years).
  • 1-2 years in a regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
