Clinical Trial Associate

Proclinical is working with a leading full-service global Contract Research Organization whose key strength is predictable patient enrolment across multiple therapeutic areas.

This CRO is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is interested in joining a vibrant team and taking on world-changing projects.

Job Responsibilties:

• Communication with hospitals participating in research programs, vendors, clients
• and team members based in other company offices
• Document management, including preparation, maintenance and filing of study related documents, maintaining project team working files, trackers, calendars and schedules
• Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of meetings, preparation and organization of meetings
• Miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties (handling the telephone and voice-mail, logging and sorting mail, providing miscellaneous secretarial support: photocopying, shredding, transcribing, etc.)

Skills and Requirements:

• University Degree
• Administrative work experience, preferably in an international setting
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility
• Team oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects
• Proficient user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
