China Clinical Trial Manager

Proclinical is working with a global, full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) active in over 40 countries across the globe. This company is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to be based in Taipei, Taiwan on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project start-up, project maintenance, and project close-out activities
• Maintain ongoing Sponsor contact for project-specific issues by serving as primary contact for Sponsor and all project team members
• Provide management oversight for Clinical Research Associates and Project Coordinators on project tea
• Develop study management tools, including communication plan, clinical monitoring plan, patient recruitment and retention plan

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree/PhD
• Lead Clinical Operations team in development of healthy working relationship with project team members (internal and external)
• Advanced knowledge of clinical patient management, GCP requirements, and local regulations
• Sound judgment in decision making process
• Strong understanding of scope of contracts, including milestones and recognition of changes.
