A leading biotechnology company is seeking to recruit an IVD R&D Head to their office in Shanghai. The organisation develops, manufactures, and markets in-vitro diagnostic products in China, focusing on the IVD business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious company that offers products across a broad range of primary business segments.

Job Responsibilities:

Participating in the decision of the company's overall strategic plan for medical laboratory reagents, instruments, and decision-making on major R&D issues, and formulating R&D strategies.
Responsible for the improvement and management of the overall R&D system.
Responsible for the development and management of in vitro diagnostic reagents and testing instruments.
To grasp the industry dynamics, making and implementing the overall development strategy and strategy of R&D.

Skills and Requirements:

Doctorate degree in laboratory science, clinical medicine or biology, chemistry, machinery, electronics, etc.
Have 10 years or more experience in IVD industry, and many years' experience in R&D team system development and management;
Working experience with both domestic and MNC is preferred.
Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
