- Sydney team
Aisling joined Proclinical Staffing in 2025 and is based in Sydney. She supports organisations across APAC and the United States with specialist hiring needs across scientific research, technical operations, and manufacturing functions.
Aisling specialises in recruitment across biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, contract research and manufacturing organisations, and academic institutions. Her work spans discovery research, preclinical development, translational science, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, and laboratory operations. She has particular expertise supporting organisations within human therapeutics, animal health, regenerative medicine, food technology, and agricultural biotechnology, and is recognised for delivering niche, hard‑to‑fill searches requiring highly specialised technical expertise.
Before joining Proclinical, Aisling spent four years supporting research and development hiring across the United States and Europe, partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic organisations to build specialist teams across discovery, preclinical research, and biomanufacturing. This international experience has enabled her to develop a strong global network and a deep understanding of emerging trends across the life sciences market.
Aisling is passionate about building long‑term partnerships and takes a highly consultative, relationship‑driven approach to search. She works closely with both scaling biotech businesses and established organisations to connect them with the specialist talent needed to drive innovation and long‑term growth.
