Computational Biologist / Omics Data Scientist

Proclinical is working alongside an innovative global biotech/pharmaceutical organisation who is seeking a Computational Biologist / Omics Data Scientist to support advanced drug discovery and translational research programs.
The role will focus on genomics, proteomics, and multi-omics analysis to support biomarker discovery and therapeutic development.
Responsibilities
- Analyse genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and multi-omics datasets
- Support drug target and biomarker discovery projects
- Develop and optimise NGS and LC-MS/MS data analysis pipelines
- Generate biological insights from complex datasets
- Collaborate with research and translational science teams
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Proteomics, or related discipline
- Experience with omics data analysis
- Strong Python and/or R skills
- Understanding of disease biology and drug discovery research
Preferred
- Single-cell or spatial biology experience
- Pipeline development experience
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
