Proclinical are recruiting a Business Development Manager CDMO Services - UK for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located anywhere in the UK. The client is focused on offering products and services in the life sciences.
Responsibilities:
- Guide in tactical accounts management and methodical deal making.
- Form and sustain the professional connection with organisations and KOLs on an external level within biopharmaceutical establishments.
- To accomplish financial objectives within assigned EU locations, you will evolve the business development method and supervise the efficient implementation.
- To sponsor, assess client business requirements and act as a main point of contact for company procurement, you will collaborate with internal teams.
- You will proactively view possible clients for the whole CDMO service lines and forming long term relations with clients.
- Form country explicit methods for local market dispersion and funnel of prospects and supply profits plans.
- Direct in the prospect examination, financial justification, due diligence, transaction design, contract concession, and accomplishment of the deals, which may involve tactical partnership, co-development.
- The ideal candidate will offer precise CRM input regarding sales actions, forecast and lost documenting as well as competitive information.
- Will be traveling for 60% for business needs to visit clients, which involves virtual meetings throughout COVID-19.
Skills & Requirements:
- Educated to an advanced degree in a life science discipline.
- Fluency in the English lamguage.
- At least 5 years of experience guiding business development or pertinent operations within a pharmaceutical, CRO or CDMO as well as exhibited the ability to close big deals.
- Comprehension of the biopharmaceutical organisation and sensitive to new technology.
- Consciousness of the biopharmaceutical ecosystem and deal-making landscape.
- Work well in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging setting with the ability to manage various tasks and projects concurrently as well as meet deadlines.
