Proclinical is seeking a Senior Care Network Manager to support healthcare professionals (HCPs) in identifying patients with rare diseases and enhancing care networks within the Eastern Austria region. This role focuses on driving awareness, improving patient pathways, and achieving commercial goals for specialty assets. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration, sharing market insights, and optimizing patient access to care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying patients with rare diseases and manage high-profile accounts independently.
- Drive awareness and improvements in care networks to enhance patient diagnosis and linkage to care.
- Engage with HCPs to boost brand perception and share market knowledge to support company goals and future product launches.
- Develop and execute tailored omnichannel customer engagement plans based on territory characteristics and customer preferences.
- Guide segmentation and targeting activities to strengthen customer relationships through strategic planning and insights.
- Design initiatives for disease education, optimize patient pathways, and analyze patient access challenges to propose solutions.
- Assess and improve the quality of patient journeys, providing recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with team members and medical colleagues to enhance referral networks and address HCP requests.
- Gather and share market intelligence effectively across organizational levels.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in natural sciences, medicine, or business.
- Proven experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, particularly in field roles and rare diseases/specialty areas.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High learning agility to understand rare disease patient journeys and prioritize work effectively.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Ability to engage with HCPs in compliance with applicable country laws.
- Fluency in German and the relevant language for the territory; strong English skills required.
