Olivier joined Proclinical in October 2021. He has been managing small and large accounts in Switzerland for the last 10 years, and is responsible for interfacing with clients, building the candidate pools and ensuring a high level of delivery. Over the last few years, Olivier has specialised in the Swiss life sciences and healthcare market.

After majoring in foreign languages and business management, with a European diploma from the Erasmus Program in Germany (FH Bielefeld), Olivier started his recruitment career in Switzerland. Initially he was working in IT recruitment before solely focusing on the healthcare industry with an emphasis on the development of MSP and contracts placements, opening new clients and ensuring compliance on most MSP programs in place.

A French native, Olivier is also fluent in German and English.
