Proclinical is seeking skilled CNC Machinists/Programmers to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Minnesota.

Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Swiss CNC machining.
- Familiarity with machines such as Citizen, Tsugami, Star, or Hanwha.
- Proficiency in setup, tooling, and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of FANUC or similar CNC controls.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Programming experience with software like Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or PartMaker is preferred for advanced roles.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace manufacturing is advantageous.
The Sr. Machinist/Programmer's responsibilities will be:
- Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, first-piece inspections, and in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and production issues.
- Edit existing programs and, for advanced roles, create new programs from scratch.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Contribute to cycle time reduction, process improvements, and production efficiency.
