Proclinical is seeking a Regional Business Manager to join a dynamic team in the dermatology field. This role involves leading a sales team across the North UK region, driving excellence in execution, and ensuring alignment between brand strategy and local implementation. The position offers an exciting opportunity to shape regional strategies, foster collaboration, and deliver impactful results in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve regional targets and execute strategies effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between brand strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment and adherence.
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including digital adoption and new go-to-market models.
  • Build team resilience and adaptability through business changes and product lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and systems to create long-term value.
  • Analyze patient pathways and healthcare ecosystem dynamics to inform strategies.
  • Navigate regulatory changes, reimbursement models, and payer strategies to guide local approaches.
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing complex access environments.
  • Leverage sales analytics, competitor data, and CRM insights to influence strategic decisions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, market access, or medical roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Track record of successfully launching products and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, patient pathways, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data and applying insights to strategic planning.
