Scope of work

Our team were approached by the chairman of a medicinal cannabis specialist company to form a partnership as their incumbent CEO was due to depart. They agreed to partner with us for the international search for their next CEO, as we have a very successful track record at C-level in the medicinal cannabis sector.

The solution

Within one week we had both a long and shortlist identified and by week two, interviews were arranged for the top 5 candidates. After this, the final two were selected and taken forward to final interview. Once their background checks had been completed, the board unanimously decided on a highly experienced Oxford University graduate and former chief business officer of a large pharmaceutical company in Australia and the UK.

The outcome

The new CEO successfully joined the company and now has the task of leading them through to commercialisation and success.
