Warehouse Operator (German)

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to play a critical role in supporting production and supply chain operations within a regulated environment?

Proclinical is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a contract position based in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and movement of goods within the facility. You will also be responsible for managing logistics data and supporting production operations. This is an onsite position requiring fluency in German.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including evaluating and preparing data loggers and booking transactions in SAP.
• Prepare and stage materials for production, ensuring accurate SAP bookings.
• Adhere strictly to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Collect and maintain logistics data in SAP systems.
• Provide on-call support for emergency situations, such as freezer alerts or potential production stoppages.
• Conduct sampling of raw materials and perform environmental monitoring, as required based on training.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Professional experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in SAP WM/EWM modules, including inbound, in-house, and outbound processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded, flexible, and highly motivated with a willingness to embrace new ideas and suggestions.
• Fluent in German (business level); basic knowledge of English is preferred.
