Proclinical are recruiting for a Team Lead - Bulgaria (12 Month FTC) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and arrange sales promotion through the sales force and guarantee full compliance to labour code.
- Guide, train, develop and form a team of medical representatives throughout Bulgaria.
- You will document and report on field actions using CRM, dashboards, and any other available tools.
- Execution of country marketing campaigns.
- Guarantee that ethical behaviour and compliance adhere to leads, trains, develops and forms the team of medical representative throughout Bulgaria.
- The ideal candidate will extend the offer of products to promoted to the present clients of the employer.
- Produce presentation of product preparation course.
- Analysis the proficiencies and professional development among the sales force team and translates possible gaps into educational requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a natural science or commercial field.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity within a sales force work and sales team management in prescription driven in a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Exhibited ability of pharmaceutical organisations in terms of sales and marketing.
- Expertise on national marketing and sales code of conduct and legislation.
- Customer focused.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Computer literacy with IT applications and data sources.
