Proclinical is seeking a Brand Manager to join the Immunology team and focus on executing omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement with healthcare providers. You will play a key role in driving targeted, compliant messaging across digital and physical channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including websites, third-party activities, and email communications.
- Partner with digital execution leads to ensure successful deployment of campaign tactics.
- Explore and propose innovative technologies to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design agencies and compliance reviewers, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Drive content re-use across multiple channels to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with prior experience as a Brand Manager in the UK.
- Familiarity with Veeva systems is essential.
- Experience in immunology, dermatology, or rheumatology is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from marketing analytics.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
