Production Operator

Proclinical is seeking a Production Operator to join a dynamic team in the biopharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will contribute to various production functions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality standards. This position involves hands-on production tasks, problem-solving, and supporting team development.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production tasks across different functions, adhering to safety and cGMP guidelines.
• Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes.
• Carry out production steps, including accurate documentation and calculations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, production technician, or similar role.
• Strong commitment to safety-conscious work practices.
• Knowledge of process engineering principles.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
