Detailed planner

Proclinical is seeking a Detailed Planner for a contract role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on supporting supply chain planning and operations within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong collaboration with various teams and attention to detail to ensure efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the site supply planner in preparing weekly operations meetings.
• Maintain and update supply chain-related KPIs with input from stakeholders.
• Create process orders and ensure SAP readiness before releasing BOMs and production versions.
• Oversee material demand and BOM previews to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to streamline processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in GMP standards and technical processes.
• Experience in supply chain or planning roles.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
• Native German speaker with professional-level English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP planning tools.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
