Proclinical is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Materials Handler to will perform and document daily materials management operations and internal material flow activities within a cGMP environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment across warehouse and dispensary operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to adapt to business needs.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily materials management operations in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Manage internal material flow activities within the warehouse and weigh/dispense areas.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all operations.
- Support cross-functional operations, moving between warehouse and weigh/dispense areas as needed.
- Adhere to training requirements and maintain certifications.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Valid forklift license.
- Experience with Oracle and Syncade systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work standard hours without shift work.
