Proclinical is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support documentation processes for a project in the cardiovascular manufacturing sector. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management, organization, and execution of document-related tasks while adhering to GMP standards. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within established timelines to meet business and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution and tracking of documents, including obtaining necessary signatures and verifying approvals.
  • Ensure proper handling, organization, and archiving of company documentation in compliance with internal standards.
  • Verify and update Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and TSE-BSE documentation for raw material release under GMP guidelines.
  • Input, index, and archive documents and data into the company's document management system.
  • Perform quality checks on documents, ensuring metadata accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and changing business needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in document control or a similar role, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with managing CoA and TSE-BSE documentation.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); German at a B1 level is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
