Proclinical is seeking a Logistik Spezialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on coordinating logistics tasks between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods, and supporting cross-functional logistics teams. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the supply chain operations within the cardiovascular and contract manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics tasks between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage goods receipt, shipping orders, and ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing.
• Oversee physical shipment organization, labeling, final packaging, and documentation.
• Handle picking and production supply activities.
• Provide proactive support to cross-functional logistics teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Completed commercial, logistics, or CPT vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency.
• Practical experience with SAP WM-MM.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
