Drive seamless supply chains in Switzerland as the logistics pro who keeps everything moving with precision.

Proclinical is seeking a Logistik Spezialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. This role focuses on coordinating logistics tasks between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods, and supporting cross-functional logistics teams. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the supply chain operations within the cardiovascular and contract manufacturing sectors.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics tasks between internal and external stakeholders.
Manage goods receipt, shipping orders, and ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing.
Oversee physical shipment organization, labeling, final packaging, and documentation.
Handle picking and production supply activities.
Provide proactive support to cross-functional logistics teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Completed commercial, logistics, or CPT vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency.
Practical experience with SAP WM-MM.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
English language proficiency is required.
Experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
