Upstream Associate Scientist - Contract - King of Prussia, PA
Advance life-saving therapies-join as an Upstream Associate Scientist in King of Prussia.
Proclinical is seeking an Upstream Associate Scientist to join a dynamic team in King of Prussia, PA. This position focuses on contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in the oncology field.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and safety protocols.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and documentation is a plus.
The Upstream Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:
- Perform daily manufacturing tasks following standard operating procedures and batch document instructions.
- Accurately document all manufacturing activities.
- Ensure all production activities are completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and prepare high-quality documentation.
- Dispense both large and small quantities of raw materials.
- Conduct cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sterilization-in-place (SIP) of product tanks.
- Handle hazardous materials while adhering to appropriate safety procedures.
- Perform additional functions as necessary or assigned.
