Join a dynamic team at a leading Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) and contribute to groundbreaking projects and cutting-edge solutions.

Proclinical is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support operational readiness and end-to-end (E2E) scheduling for various programs within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lead meetings with internal stakeholders, and expertise in project scheduling tools. The position is primarily on-site for four days a week.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage E2E schedules for operational programs.
Ensure operational readiness by updating workload and resource allocation for PCP operations and manufacturing.
Lead meetings with internal teams, including QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, and Plant Engineering, to update and track schedules.
Support planning and execution of operational readiness projects (non-CAPEX).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, with full autonomy in using these tools.
Strong data-driven mindset and curiosity for analyzing and developing schedules.
Ability to lead meetings and drive collaboration among diverse teams.
Strategic agility and comfort in providing constructive feedback.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Leadership skills to build realistic schedules and delve into task-level details when necessary.
