Proclinical is seeking a Logistic Specialist for a contract role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on managing logistics tasks to ensure the efficient processing, storage, and preparation of goods and materials for shipment. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with automated systems
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity to meet requirements.
- Perform goods receipt bookings in the SAP system for accurate documentation and tracking.
- Store and manage inventory in central storage areas, including both automated and manual warehouses.
- Operate and monitor automated storage machines and complex conveyor systems.
- Pick and prepare goods according to order specifications to fulfill customer requirements.
- Label and prepare items for shipment to ensure smooth transportation.
- Archive necessary documents to maintain complete traceability of all transactions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal customers regarding inventory, shipping status, and other logistical inquiries.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in German; English skills are an advantage.
- Certified training for industrial trucks (categories R1 and R2) recognized by SUVA.
- Experience in logistics, ideally with SAP and automated warehouse systems.
