Proclinical are recruiting an OPEX Manager/AD to join a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in various locations. For more information, please get in touch now!

Responsibilities:

  • Outline and execute any communication plans and trainings internally for the results from the initiative.
  • Network with crucial shareholders to support the problem statement and execution plans for any transformations and OE program for GRDO or R&D.
  • Generate a culture and setting that adopts novelty, creativity, flexibility and performance such as systems and tools, people development, training, mentoring, etc.
  • You will evolve and preserve close relations with peers in any other company functions to guarantee best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Execute best practices and any consistent developments required on these initiatives.
  • Successfully guide a cross-functional initiative, guaranteeing adequate integration with current processes and systems.
  • The ideal candidate will assist new asset team launches.
  • Other duties may be assigned to the role.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a life science, business, engineering or similar field.
  • Familiarity working within a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation with a comprehension of the drug development process.
  • Past involvement working in similar positions.
  • At least 10 -15 years of experience in a R&D function.
  • Acquaintance with Six Sigma, executing sustainable developments and enabling change in research and development.
  • Knowledge in enabling tools such as lego serious play - graphic facilitation would be advantageous.
  • Ideal to possess agile coach training.
  • Demonstrated the ability to successfully guide multifaceted change initiatives, which involves experience executing training programs for PMO, Portfolio groups, R&D and others.
  • Leadership and project management capabilities within a matrix establishment.
  • Social, deliberating and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to direct, inspire and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Capable of thinking things through and going in-depth while not losing sight of the broader goals.
  • Possess a business sense and pragmatism with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Outcomes focused while being meticulous on approaches.
  • Acquaintance with portfolio analytics and resource management tools.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French.
