Manufacturing Associate

Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle, GA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join a collaborative team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on preparing media and buffer solutions, operating various production equipment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Use general production equipment, including pH and conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
• Monitor and record critical process parameters.
• Complete all paperwork in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
• Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
• Put together buffer solutions.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
• Manage the receipt and distribution of supplies in production areas.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
