DSP MSAT Process Expert

Join our client's team as a Downstream Processing MSAT Process Expert through Proclinical! In this impactful role, you'll drive technology transfers and lead cross-functional teams to bring bioprocesses to life at manufacturing scale. Your expertise will ensure smooth transitions from development to production, with a strong focus on scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for technology transfers and process implementation.
• Act as the interface between process donors and operations to ensure scalability.
• Communicate with customers during campaign phases, providing daily updates.
• Resolve process issues during manufacturing while adhering to regulations.
• Compile campaign reports and related documentation promptly.
• Manage material change requests and process-related deviations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development, especially in Mammalian Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP and bioprocess technology.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a structured and organized work approach.
• Open-minded, agile, and solution-oriented.
