USP MSAT Process Expert

Proclinical is seeking an Upstream Manufacturing Science and Technology Process Expert to join our client's team. The role emphasizes managing collaborative teams during technical transitions and guaranteeing efficient process rollout in large-scale manufacturing. You will act as a key interface between process development and operations, ensuring scalability and manufacturability while maintaining communication with customers throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for technology transfers and process implementation.
• Serve as the interface between process development and operations.
• Communicate directly with customers during campaign preparation, execution, and closure.
• Resolve process issues during manufacturing, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Compile campaign reports and related documentation promptly.
• Manage material change requests for new or existing materials.
• Handle process-related deviations and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development, especially Mammalian Manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP and bioprocess technology.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a structured and organized approach.
• Open-minded and solution-oriented with a dynamic drive.
