Primary Responsibilities:

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Biopharm Manufacturing Associate to support cell culture and purification operations. This role focuses on the preparation, sterilization, and delivery of media and solutions, with an emphasis on maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Proficiency in process equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and documentation practices.
• Ability to analyze data from various analytical instruments.
• Effective communication skills tailored to different situations.

The Biopharm Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

• Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, filter, and deliver media and solutions for cell culture and purification.
• Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment.
• Conduct sampling procedures using analytical instruments to analyze cell culture and product concentration.
• Operate filter integrity devices to ensure filter integrity before and after use.
• Monitor and trend process operations, equipment, and instruments to identify and address issues proactively.
• Set up fixed and mobile process equipment with CIP skids for validated cleaning and sterilization.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, protocols, and batch records to perform operations safely and document accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and actively participate in identifying and correcting unsafe conditions.
• Communicate effectively, choosing the most appropriate method for each situation.
