CMMS expert – RAM / JDE

Proclinical is seeking a CMMS Expert - RAM / JDE for a contract role based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used at the site. You will manage and ensure the integrity of data within the system, provide training to employees, and support related projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage CMMS data, including creating and maintaining equipment, measurement instruments, tags, spare parts, and part lists.
• Create, modify, or delete preventive and predictive maintenance work orders and calibration work orders.
• Oversee the hierarchy management of equipment within the CMMS system and adjust parameters as needed.
• Maintain documentation and provide training materials related to the CMMS system.
• Deliver training sessions to employees requiring access to the CMMS system.
• Participate in CAPEX projects as required.
• Lead and manage projects linked to the CMMS system.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in French; English skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems such as JD Edwards, BMRAM, or SAP.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely, though full-time remote work is not permitted.
