Process Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a Process Engineer to support the manufacturing science department as a subject matter expert. In this role, you will facilitate drug product technology transfer, ensuring smooth integration at the receiving unit. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical support and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for drug product manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
• Provide technical support and expertise to receiving unit teams during transfers.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
• Collaborate on validation activities, including process and equipment qualification.
• Analyse and troubleshoot technical challenges during transfer processes.
• Develop documentation such as protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or biotechnology.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Experience with drug product manufacturing and technology transfer processes.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
