Proclinical is seeking an Events Team Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Basingstoke. This role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality, compliant, and seamless meetings and events for healthcare providers and employees across various business areas such as marketing, medical, and sales. The position requires a strong ability to oversee end-to-end event planning, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while adhering to compliance and legal standards. The role is office-based for at least three days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic project management and consultancy for meeting programs.
- Plan and oversee logistics for meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage contracts, administrative tasks, and financial support related to events.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage on-site execution of events.
- Act as the central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders regarding all meeting-related aspects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the event planning process.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and maintain integrity in all operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in event planning, logistics, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements related to event management.
- Proficiency in administrative and financial processes.
- Flexibility to work in the office at least three days per week.
