Proclinical is seeking a Training Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting the implementation of innovative healthcare solutions. This field-based role focuses on delivering high-quality training and support for advanced medical products across Northern Ireland. The position involves regular travel within the region, including overnight stays, and occasional visits to the UK head office in West Sussex.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing customer experience and ensuring the successful adoption of cutting-edge diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert product training to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Record and document all training activities accurately.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, addressing training-related inquiries and offering troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Support hardware and software implementations during product launches.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of solutions into clinical workflows.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong scientific knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in a medical setting.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage responsibilities.
  • Full UK/EU or equivalent driving license.
  • Valid passport for potential overseas training.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Background in nursing, Biomedical Science (BMS), or training.
  • Familiarity with Primary and Secondary Care organisations within the NHS, ideally in a hospital environment.
  • Experience designing and delivering customised training programmes aligned with patient care strategies.
  • Knowledge of medical analytical systems, quality assurance, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Proven troubleshooting experience and a track record of providing on-site customer support. Awareness of the diagnostics industry and experience working in multicultural environments.
