Elevate your career while advancing patient care with this Clinical Services Manager position within a dedicated Medical Devices organization!
Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Service Manager to support patients and healthcare professionals in the adoption and effective use of an insulin management system. This role involves training, collaboration with internal teams, and providing guidance to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will play a key role in building relationships within the diabetes community and supporting both new and existing users.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct training sessions for clinics, practices, and patients.
- Present the benefits of insulin pump therapy and provide hands-on training for the system.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, marketing, customer care, and market access teams to achieve goals.
- Assist in the prescription process for the insulin management system.
- Participate in diabetes-related events, including congresses, patient group meetings, and training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support to customers and document activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct product demonstrations for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Train new employees on product knowledge and usage.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for diabetes advisors and other intermediaries.
- Offer feedback on market conditions and training needs to supervisors.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with good business acumen.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to self-responsibility.
- Credibility and established contacts within the diabetes community.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written); English is desirable.
- Experience in training or treating pump patients, or equivalent education.
- Certification as a Diabetes Advisor (DDG) or nutritionist is advantageous.
- Previous industry experience is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Ability to work in clinics, practices, and a home office environment.
